The Tex Mex Layered Dip or Roasted Garlic Hummus sound excellent. I’d definitely make those a lot!

My interest is piqued by the apple jam. I’m totally inundated with apples right now and have been making crumbles and apple sauce like crazy these days!

I am sure I would like to try a lot of the recipes, but in just the quick look at some of the first pages the guacamole looks good. I love a good dip.

Love the Dark Chocolate Chunk and Cherry Scones Mmmm, although I might change out the cherry for some fresh raspberries and maybe the dark chocolate for a mix of dark and milk?
